LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The price of gasoline in Michigan fell 3-cents from a week ago.
Drivers across the state are paying an average of $3.07 for a gallon of regular unleaded. That’s in stark contrast to the $3.23 Michiganders paid on average one year ago.

The national average is actually higher than Michigan by 9-cents at $3.16 a gallon.
Gas Buddy reports the cheapest is at Meijer in Royal Oak at $2.57 a gallon. Meanwhile, the median U.S. diesel price is $3.55 per gallon, up 4 cents from last week and about 8 cents lower than the national average.
