LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Former President Jimmy Carter has died at age 100.
His son, Chip Carter, said the former president died at his home in Plains, Georgia around 3:45 p.m. on Sunday.

The peanut farmer from Georgia served in the White House from 1976-1980. After his term, he worked with philanthropic causes including Habitat for Humanity.
