EAST LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – East Lansing officials say 37-year-old Jason Brice Weerawat, the person of interest in the freezer dismemberment case, died by suicide in July.
Police responded on Nov. 7 after someone reported blood in a home. When officers arrived, they found the human remains in the freezer.

Officials are still working to identify the bodies and collect evidence.
