BAY CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A 40-year-old Bay City man accused of killing and dismembering a middle school custodial worker was arraigned on Friday.

Robert Tweedly faces two felonies, including murder; his attorney entered a not guilty plea.

The criminal complaint states the murder could have taken place four days before Justie Stilwell’s body parts were found on Sept. 18 near a Bay City boat launch.

Family became concerned when Stillwell did not report to Handy Middle School where he worked as a custodian.

A judge set Tweedly’s bond at a $1,000,000.
