LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – On Monday afternoon, the Michigan Supreme Court ordered 2024 Independent Presidential candidate Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. to stay on the ballot.

RFK Jr. ran as an independent presidential candidate under the Natural Law Party. Last month, he suspended his campaign and endorsed former President Donald Trump. Kennedy sued to have his name removed from ballots in multiple battleground states like Michigan.

On Friday, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson petitioned for an “emergency ruling” in Kennedy’s suit following a Michigan Court of Appeals ruling that said his name should be removed.
