LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Elections will be held in 54 Michigan counties on Tuesday, May 7.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Legal residents who haven’t registered to vote and wish to cast their ballots can register and vote at their city or township clerk’s office until 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Citizens who are not yet registered to vote but want to cast their ballot in the May 7 election can vote at the office of their city or township clerk until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
Absentee ballots can be mailed, but voters can avoid delays by delivering a ballot to their city or township clerk’s ballot drop box.
