DETROIT (Michigan News Source) – The owners of three dogs that police say killed a Detroit man on January 29 will face charges.
Officials say the dogs mauled 35-year-old Harold Phillips to death after they escaped through an unsecured fence.

Dog owners Roy Goodman, 40, and Trevina Goodman, 38, are both charged with one count of dangerous animal causing death. Each could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
