LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The cost for a recreation passport in Michigan will be increasing next month.
The price for most vehicles will go up by $1 to $13 dollars while a two-year registration will increase from $24 to $26 on March 1st.

Motorcycle passes will now cost $7 annually.
According to state law, the price of the park passes are based on the Consumer Price Index that is part of the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The Michigan Department of Treasury announced the change in November.
