LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Flags in Michigan will be lowered to half-staff on Tuesday to honor and remember the students who lost their lives in the February 13, 2023 shooting at Michigan State University (MSU).
The shooter killed three students and injured five others.
The campus has undergone security upgrades and implemented new protocols since the shooting.
