LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – If you’re traveling for the 4th of July, take note of slightly increasing gas prices. According to AAA Michigan, the state’s average gas price is up two-cents from last week to $3.54 per gallon.
AAA points out that price is $1.42 less than last year.
Gas stations in Marquette are charging the highest prices at $3.59, while stations in the Benton Harbor area are boasting the cheapest fill ups with $3.46 per gallon.
A 15-gallon fill up costs drivers around $53.
