FLINT, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Flint’s Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is being questioned about expenses.
This week, 8th Ward Councilman Dennis Pfeiffer made a request to Flint Mayer Sheldon Neely to investigate credit card spending. Neely serves as the chairman of the DDA board.

Pfeiffer’s letter questions charges made to a DDA credit card account, including dinners, nail salon fees, souvenir hoodies, and other purchases. Pfeiffer alleges there is little paperwork or details to back up those purchases.
The Flint DDA is currently without a director; the previous director stepped down earlier this month.
