GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Mother Nature appears to be making up for a mild winter as Michigan preps for another winter storm slated to hit the state on Friday.

After back-to-to back ice storms in lower Michigan, officials say another storm will roll through on Friday; that storm is expected to cover most of lower Michigan and the Eastern U.P.

Friday’s event will be heavy and accumulating snow rather than ice.

Meteorologists say buckle up – this pattern will continue into the middle of the month, with active weather set to hit every three or four days until then.
