LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – An agreement has been reached between Michigan an online car retailer Carvana.

The deal means that Carvana’s license is suspended for three years to operate a dealership in Novi.

Carvana has admitted violating the Michigan Vehicle Code in Novi but can still sell vehicles online in the state.

The retailer was accused by the state of untimely delivery of purchased vehicles.

Company officials say they are making changes and admit they were late with car deliveries.
