LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Thursday marks the opening of several small game hunting seasons, such as fox, gray squirrel, rabbit, snowshoe hare, ruffed grouse, woodcock and turkey.
Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) officials are reminding hunters the abundant small game season can be enjoyed this fall by using a base license from their office.
