(Michigan News Source) – Still listed online as a Michigan real estate agent associated with Amin Realty in Warren, Michigan, Belal Qureshi is now suspected of trading home sales for spreading unhinged violence on the internet. And although authorities haven’t confirmed it’s the same man, the signs are pointing that way.
A now-deleted TikTok account under the handle @belal_donq – identified by social media sleuths as belonging to Qureshi – featured a disturbing message urging viewers to “shoot at ICE agents on sight.” Unsurprisingly, the account vanished shortly after Fox News Digital reached out to him for comment. Still, the internet never forgets, with multiple X users sharing screenshots and video clips of the original content.

According to the video, TikTok user @belal-donq says, “That’s right. If ICE agents are trying to take you or a loved one, shoot them on sight…The way they’re pulling up with masks on, with unmarked vehicles, no badge, no nothing. It could be anybody. It can be gang members. You have every right to shoot at them. This would be the best self-defense case. You’re just in fear for your life. You don’t know who’s behind that unmarked vehicle or who’s behind that mask.”
The TikToker continues to say, “They’re pulling up like the Mafia. You might as well shoot them on sight and have your day in court.”
Kristi Noem vows prosecution as border patrol union slams “dangerous” rhetoric.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem got wind of the video and vowed that she would take action against the person who posted the video, writing on X: “If you threaten or attempt to harm a law enforcement officer we will find you and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.”
National Border Patrol Council Vice President Hector Garza said to Fox News Digital, “This kind of rhetoric is not only dangerous, it incites real-world violence and undermines the rule of law. Our agents risk their lives every day to protect this country, and they deserve to do their jobs without fear of being targeted simply for wearing the uniform. The National Border Patrol Council unequivocally condemns any form of violence or threats directed at federal law enforcement officers, including our colleagues at ICE.” Garza also urged all social media platforms to take “swift and decisive action against content that promotes violence.”
The Amin Realty website currently shows a bio of a man named Belal Qureshi. The website says that Qureshi speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu and lists the houses he sells as being in the Warren and Dearborn Heights areas.

Amin Realty issued a blistering public statement on Instagram where they posted the following: “It has come to our attention that a former independent contractor, Belal Qureshi, who has not been associated with Amin Realty for quite some time (we are confirming the exact date), allegedly posted a video on TikTok making inflammatory comments about ICE agents. Let us be abundantly clear: 1. Belal Qureshi is not, and has not been, an employee of Amin Realty. 2. Real estate agents are independent contractors, not employees. 3. We do not condone, endorse, or tolerate any form of speech that incites violence – against law enforcement or anyone else.”
Amin Realty goes on to say, “We strongly condemn any and all forms of unnecessary provocation and threats, especially in a time where words can spark wildfires. It’s frankly disappointing – and a little ironic – that in an age where ‘fake news’ is a household phrase, some individuals still don’t verify information before flooding our company with 1-star reviews. Americans are usually known for their love of facts—so to see people jump the gun and attack Amin Realty without checking whether Belal even works here anymore is surprising and disappointing.”
