ROSCOMMON, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – An alleged sexual assault in Roscommon County lead to the arrest of six people, including three illegal aliens.

The Roscommon County Sheriff’s Office said officials launched an investigation after discovering that adult men had been communicating with multiple teenage girls near Houghton Lake. They searched several area homes which lead to the arrests.

Officials highlighted the arrest of 33-year-old Leocado Hernandez-Garcia from Mexico. He faces five counts of criminal sexual conduct and has been deported from the U.S. twice.

The arrests mark a pillar of President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office, which he is acknowledging with a rally on Tuesday night at Macomb Community College. The Trump administration has empowered the U.S. Customs and Enforcement (ICE) officials to arrest and deport “the worst of the worst” during his time in office.

This week, the Trump administration put up signs along the White House lawn detailing the crimes committed by now-deported illegal aliens.

 

In addition, border agents in Michigan have been working to secure the state as well.
