TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Law enforcement in northern Michigan is warning residents to be on the lookout for fake QR codes.

Traverse City officials are looking into fake QR codes being placed on parking meters; they say it could be a scam to trick users into making phony payments.
