GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A 55-year art tradition in Grand Rapids has ended.
Festival of the Arts will not be returning to Grand Rapids. In a Facebook post on Saturday morning, festival organizers said the move is effective immediately.

“This festival has been a celebration of creativity, community, and culture, and we are incredibly grateful for all the support over the years,” the post said. “Thank you for the memories, Grand Rapids!”
The three-day festival highlighted local art and ensured that all performances and activities could be enjoyed for free.
