SANDUSKY, Ohio (Michigan News Source) – It’s never too early to start thinking about a summer job. Cedar Point is looking for 7,000 seasonal employees to work in the park this summer, and a hiring blitz is on the horizon.

The popular amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio will be hiring Feb. 15-22 for the summer tourism season. The work schedule starts in May. The park is looking for food service workers, ride operators, lifeguards, security guards, and more.

Cedar Point is paying $13 to $17 per hour for workers 16 and older. On-site housing is available. In addition, employees receive exclusive ride nights, discounted food, and free admission to all Six Flags parks.

Anyone interested in a job can stop by the Cedar Point Hiring & Training Center at 2206 Cleveland Road West in Sandusky from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the hiring week. Same-day job offers will be made to many applicants. More information can be found here.
