LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Kamala Harris presidential campaign is sending daily fundraising pleas two weeks after losing the presidential election amid reports of being $20 million in debt.

Politico’s California bureau chief Christopher Cadelago posted on X that the Harris campaign was at least $20 million in debt. The New York Times reported the Harris campaign spent $1.5 billion in her 15-week presidential campaign.

Harris Nov. 18 fundraising email stated:

“Here are the three things you need to know right now:

1) Donald Trump is going on a hiring spree appointing loyalists who will do his bidding like Matt Gaetz and RFK Jr.

2) There are still races that are either too close to call, or within the margin of recounts.

3) We’re ready to defend those races, but that is going to take resources, so we’re relying on you today.”

Despite the election ending two weeks ago, there are still five U.S. House races undecided in California, Iowa, Ohio and Alaska.
