DETROIT (Michigan News Source) – Taken off the court in a wheelchair after an elbow to the face, Detroit’s Tim Hardaway, Jr., received good news on Wednesday. Chris Haynes, an NBA Insider, reported that results came back negative for a concussion on Hardaway, Jr., after a CAT scan.

In the third quarter of the NBA Cup at Little Caesars Arena, Hardaway, Jr., took two hits in a row, causing the injury. An inadvertent elbow caught him in the head from the Heat’s Bam Adebayo drive to the lane. Jumping back up, Hardaway, Jr., then took a charge from Tyler Herro, and his head hit the court floor.
