DETROIT (Michigan News Source) – Michigan is making a name for itself as a major battleground state.
Former President Donald Trump will speak in Detroit in front of the Detroit Economic Club on Thursday, Oct. 10. His running mate, JD Vance, visited Michigan earlier this week.

On Friday, Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz will visit Michigan. He will speak in Macomb County, although no other details have been released.
Absentee voting is underway in Michigan. Nine day of early in-person voting will start prior to the Nov. 5 election.
