TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A mall mainstay in northern Michigan is closing.

Macy’s, located in the Grand Traverse Mall, will close in the coming months. The store has been part of the mall in Traverse City since the early 2000s.

The company announced plans in February to shutter 150 of its stores nationwide over the next three years, including at least 50 by the end of 2024.
