LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Big Lots is closing more stores in Michigan.
The retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month, which triggered the closure of several stores right away. Those already closed include Kentwood, Okemos, Portage, and Ypsilanti.

Big Lots stores slated to close soon include Big Rapids, Coldwater, Grandville, Holland, Howell, Lansing, Madison Heights, Mount Pleasant, Petoskey, and Taylor.
Newly announced closures include Benton Harbor and Saginaw. Forty-two stores remain open.
