LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Michiganders can now expect their deliveries a bit faster with a new Amazon center in Eaton County after Delta Township officials cut the ribbon for its new Amazon fulfillment center.

Amazon said the company has created more than 24,000 jobs in Michigan, with 36 facilities and 14 fulfillment centers.

The Eaton County facility has been in the making for more than two years. Many of the employees began working in June of this year.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour.
