COLDWATER, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The owner of a Michigan-based learning center has pleaded guilty to Medicaid fraud.
Prosecutors say Kaila Oman, who owned Mosaic Learning Center with locations in Galesburg, Coldwater, and Lansing, billed Medicaid for services never provided, including during a period when the Coldwater clinic was closed.

Oman pleaded guilty to both counts during her arraignment, officials said. She is scheduled to be sentenced in the 30th Circuit Court in Ingham County on a date yet to be determined. She remains free on bond while awaiting sentencing.
