EAST LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Former Michigan State University (MSU) head football coach Coach Mel Tucker filed a new lawsuit against the school claiming wrongful termination and racial discrimination.

Tucker accused MSU of wrongful termination and defamation in connection to the sexual harassment scandal that unfolded last fall.  He claims MSU’s investigation into whether he sexually harassed Brenda Tracy was biased and violated his right to due process.

During a phone conversation, Tracy said Tucker sexually harassed her. Tucker claimed it was consensual phone sex.
