KALAMAZOO, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Frontier League’s Kalamazoo Growlers have launched a GoFundMe effort to help them take care of their flooded stadium.

Homer Stryker Field flooded with knee-deep water after a storm hit the area in the middle of the night on July 16, resulting in games being canceled. The games are set to now be played in August. The stadium is right next to the Kalamazoo River. The team has raised more than $3,100 of its $10,000 goal so far.

They’re also offering fans a “Fight the Flood” ticket package. It offers an opportunity to return to Homer Stryker on Saturday, July 20 with fun at the heart of it all.
