GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Grand Rapids Lantern Festival at the John Ball Zoo is so popular that the zoo is adding more days that the festival is open.

The festival is currently running Wednesdays through Sundays, but starting this week, the zoo says it is adding Tuesdays to the schedule as well.

This year, the festival is centered around the Chinese zodiac Year of the Dragon and a large dragon tunnel greets visitors as they enter the zoo. The festival runs through June 16th.
