LUDINGTON, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Ludington has won some bragging rights.
The city of nearly 8,000 people won the “Best Historic Small Town” in USA Today’s Top 10 Reader’s Choice Awards in cities with less than 25,000 people.

Ludington marked the only Michigan city nominated in the national contest.
Number two on the list was Wickford, Rhode Island; Abilene, Kansas came in third.
