ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A 25-year-old illegal migrant from Mexico who is accused of breaking into a St. Joseph County home and raping two young girls in March does not want to be extradited from Indiana to Michigan.
Officials said the man evaded police for a week before being captured in Indiana. He is being held there on an Immigration Detainer.

A hearing related to the extradition is scheduled for Thursday in an Indiana court.
