GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Habitat for Humanity of Kent County is announcing plans to build a housing development in Grand Rapids’ Roosevelt Park neighborhood.
The 27-unit project, known as Pleasant Hills, will be a combination of both townhomes and duplexes in the 400 block of Pleasant Street SW.

The city planning commission has approved the plans and Habitat for Humanity says it hopes to break ground this fall.
