FLINT, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Genesee Valley Center in Flint is looking at the potential of a fifth day of closed doors after a water main break closed the mall early on Saturday.

As of Wednesday morning, owners still had not announced an update on reopening.

One Facebook user who said she was working in the mall at the time of the break posted this early on Saturday.

This is not the first time water main breaks have caused problems for the Genesee Valley Center. Similar problems, plus inclement weather, closed it for several days in December 2022.
