LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Michigan’s presidential primary is February 27, but the voting process officially gets underway on Thursday.
New voting laws allow Michigan voters to request absentee ballots starting today. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson took to social media to communicate directly with Michiganders.

Starting on February 17, jurisdictions will allow nine days of early voting. Michiganders can also register to vote up to and including on election day.
