LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – It’s an early Christmas gift of sorts – Michigan’s average gasoline price is under $3 per gallon for the first time in 2023.
AAA Michigan says the statewide average is down 15-cents from last week to $2.96.

That’ 35-cents below last month and 12-cents less than last year.
A 15-gallon fill up costs around $44 in Michigan.
The state’s highest price is in Marquette at $3.18; Traverse City has the lowest prices at $2.87.
