LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Planned Parenthood will be hosting an online reproductive health workshop, called “Let’s Talk About Sex,” for youth aged 12-19 in Detroit, Flint, and Lansing.
“In this multi-part workshop, you will learn about your body, your health, your relationships, and all the health basics in an inclusive, non-judgmental space,” the organization wrote in its announcement.

Participants will join a Zoom meeting, during which they will be asked to keep their cameras and microphones on. The event will run for two days, and eligible participants will receive a gift card and a box of Planned Parenthood “swag.”
Anyone who registers will need to provide their full name, email address, phone number, home address, and age. Additional, optional questions ask about ethnicity, sexuality, and gender identity. Registrants will also need to indicate their availability for “full participation and engagement during the six hours of instruction and completion of homework” to receive their reward.
The workshop will be held virtually on September 16 and 17 from 1-4 PM.
