One offer was for $2.1 million from LCR Properties of Michigan, LLC which is owned by Bob and Leslie Roe of Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems.
As a part of the agreement, BATA was offered to continue operations at the building rent free until September 2024.
The money from the sale of the property will help with the cost of construction of BATA’s new facility.
