OLIVET, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – When Olivet College students return to campus this fall, they’ll be learning under a new name: The University of Olivet.
The Board of Trustees approved the name change during a board meeting last week. School officials said the shift to The University of Olivet reflects the school’s variety of new programs and increased student enrollment.

Logo and branding changes will take place over the next few months.
In addition, Olivet’s campus is expanding. The Cutler Student Center and an esports space are expected to open soon.
