LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source)- The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy is pursuing fines against the Stellantis Warren Truck Assembly plant over repeated air quality violations. EGLE has issued four violations to the plant since February 2021. On March 20th, EGLE and Stellantis agreed the company will pay over 371-thousand dollars in fines and will complete additional emissions testing. The agreement is open for public comment through April 26th.
