EAST LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A Michigan State football player facing felony charges will take a plea deal.
Khary Crump, who is facing felonious assault charges from his role in the tunnel incident after the Michigan/Michigan State football game in October will plead guilty to two misdemeanors instead.

He will officially accept the deal on January 5th at his probable cause conference. He will be granted status under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act which allows his record to become non-public if he successfully completes probation.
Crump’s attorney does not expect him to see any jail time.
