DETROIT (Michigan News Source) – A new look Detroit Piston’s team will be featured early in the year on TNT as part of their four preseason games released today. Detroit will play two home and two away games in a nine day time span in October.

Their preseason starts on national television with an appearance on TNT vs. New York in Madison Square Garden at 7:00 p.m. on October 4. Detroit lost to New York three times last year, 94-85, 104-102, and 105-91. Their second road game will be in New Orleans on October 7 at 8 p.m. The Pistons only saw the Pelicans once in 2022-23 and fell, 111-101.

Coming back home for the last two games, Detroit will face Oklahoma City on October 11 and Memphis on October 13 in Little Ceasars Arena. Detroit split their games with the Thunder losing the first one, 114-103, but then took the final meeting, 110-101, in April. Memphis will be the final game at 7:00 p.m. and last year Detroit lost both meetings, 118-88, and 132-107.

The television and broadcast schedule will be released later.
