LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Parents are feeling the pinch at the cash register as they shop for their children’s back-to-school supplies amid record-high inflation.

A recent back-to-school survey from Deloitte shows parents expect to pay 8 percent more this year, which marks the second largest spending event for families.
