BROOKLYN, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – All eyes will be on Brooklyn, Michigan on August 5-7 as the NASCAR series returns to Great Lakes State.
This will be the second year in a row with just one race at MIS due to sport shrinking the races due to COVID in 2020.

The FireKeepers Casino 400 will take place on Sunday, August 7, with NASCAR Cup Series Drive Intros at 2:30 p.m. followed by the start of the race at 3:00 p.m.
The FireKeepers Casino 400 will feature drivers from the lower division. Last year, Team Penske racer Ryan Blaney won the race. The raceway features many attractions for fans including camping on the infield. For the first time since 2012, MIS has sold out of camping sites. Outside camping sites are still available along with grand stand tickets. Tickets start at $39 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under.
A whole weekend of events are planned with trials on Saturday from 1:05 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The New Holland 250 Race (NASCAR XFINITY SERIES) will be at 3:30 p.m. followed by the Henry Ford Health System 200 (ARCA MENARD SERIES) at 6:30 p.m.
