LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Football season is just right around the corner for Michigan teams as August 8 is the first date for practice to begin.

The first recorded contest is in August 25 with the District Tournament going October 28-November 5. All eight divisions will compete for State Championships on November 25-25. The 8-Player State Tournament will take place November 18 or 19.

The 11-player finals will be shown on Bally Sports Detroit or Bally Sports Detroit Plus. They will also be live on Ballysports.com/Detroit and on streaming devices like Roku on the Bally Sports app.

The MHSAANetwork.com will have the live audio for the finals and available for download both audio and video shortly after the competition.

The 8-player finals will be on Bally Sports Detroit or Bally Sports Detroit Plus, too, on a delayed basis to be announced. Live video streaming will be announced later pending plans.
