LANSING, Mich. (Great Lakes News) – The first day of firearms deer season is in the books, and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reports it is seeing fewer hunters than last year based on license sales.
Figures provided by the DNR show license sales are down 4.36 percent compared with 2020.
