WASHINGTON (Great Lakes News) – Michiganders who received the Johnson & Johnson or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are eligible for booster shots.
Health officials made the announcement following last week’s approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and recommendations from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

In addition, health officials said that eligible individuals have the choice to mix and match to get a different shot than their original vaccine series.
Moderna boosters will be half a dose.
